The size of your "community" does not matter. Your application may represent a town, city, county, or a regional area, etc., it’s up to you.

Highlights From Director’s Meeting in Appleton, October 24th, 2020

Election of the Executive Director was held – congratulations to Mike Holden.  Please join the Executive Board in welcoming Mike and saying thank you and good bye to Sam Landes after his many years as the Executive Director.
The meeting information can be found on the website under Workshop/Convention, it is titled Director’s Meeting 10-24-20.  This booklet includes information on:
  • 2019-2020 Outgoing Directors / Reps
  • AWSC Committee Lists
  • 2019-2020 Membership Totals. This information is what will be used to figure the 10% increase for this year’s membership drawing.
  • 2019-2020 Trail Pass Totals – 2020-2021 Trail Pass Total through 10-22-20
  • 2020 Snowmobile Friendly Awards
  • 2020 Of the Year Awards
  • 2019-2020 Miss Snowflake Info
  • AWSC 3 Year Calendar (does not include locations for the 2023 Convention and Workshop. 
The 2020 Raffle Winners are:
              $10,000 - Rick Kulawinski, Merrill, WI
              $2,500 – Auburndale Nite Owls, Milladore, WI
              $1,000 – Norri Brozek, Fall River, WI
              $500 – David Weisman, Columbus, WI
              2 night stay for 4 people at the Wild Eagle Lodge, Eagle River – Sled Mafie/Snow Angels
The 2023 March Annual Meeting and Convention and the 2023 Fall Workshop locations were voted:
  • 2023 March Annual Meeting and Convention – March 24-26, 2023 – Radisson Hotel & Conference Center Green Bay. Calendar and more information will be available when contract is signed.
  • 2023 Fall Workshop – October 21-23, 2023 – Radisson Hotel & convention Center, LaCrosse, WI. Calendar and more information will be available when contract is signed.

WI Trail Pass

You are able to order your trail pass four ways: online, call the AWSC office, walk in to the AWSC office or mail your order to the AWSC office.

Each sled operating in WI will be required to display a Wisconsin trail pass to be purchased annually.
