Registration and banquet tickets will be available at registration during the convention at $65 per registration and $65 for banquet tickets – there will only be a small amount of banquet tickets available at convention. 

Banquet

Banquet will be a buffet with the following:  Garden Salad, Fresh Dinner Rolls, Braised Mushroom & Burgundy Beef Tips, Herb Baked Chicken, Homemade Creamy Whipped Potatoes & Gravy, Seasonal Vegetables and Chef’s Daily Desert.

Single occupancy $149 plus taxes, breakfast included

Double occupancy $159 plus taxes, breakfast included

Breakfast tickets will be distributed at registration by number of people registered in the hotel room at time of reservation.

ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS:

Each club is allowed (1) voting delegate to vote at the annual meeting. That named person will have one vote. The Club Delegate has to be a current member at the time of voting. If no one from your club is attending you may designate your local County Director or County Rep to vote for your club. Make sure that you check with them to confirm that they will be attending and express your voting wishes.

This is not intended to deter your club from choosing its own voting delegate to attend the meeting, it is just giving your club a voice. The deadline to have your voting delegate form into the AWSC office is Friday, March 13th, 2026. It can be returned via: Email to: stormyh@awsc.org / Fax: 608-846-5534 or USPS to:  AWSC 529 Trail Side Drive, Suite 200, DeForest, WI 53532. Remember if returning via USPS to allow atleast 5 days for delivery.

Each and every voting delegate has to be verified for current AWSC club membership. The delegate form can be found on the website under the convention link and is included in this mailing. The delegate you name will receive a voting ticket at registration.
