2023 AWSC Spring Convention/Annual Meeting Registration 

NOTE ALL ATTENDEES MUST HAVE A PAID REGISTRATION TO ATTEND ANY MEETING / HOSPITALITY ROOM OR THE BANQUET
 LATE REGISTRATION FEE AFTER MARCH 6, 2023 IS $35 / BANQUET TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON A LIMITED BASIS NO REFUNDS AFTER TUESDAY, MARCH 7, 2023.

 ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS:

Every AWSC club is eligible to have voting delegates present at the AWSC Annual meeting to vote. If your club has 10 or more current members you have 2 votes. 10 or less current members and you have 1 vote. One person can have both votes if he/she is the only person present to vote for your club. The Club Delegate has to be a current member at the time of vote. If no one from your club is attending you may designate your local County Director or County Rep to vote for your club. Make sure that you express your voting wishes. This is not intended to deter your club from choosing its own voting delegates to attend the meeting, it is just giving your club a voice. The deadline to have your voting delegate form into the AWSC office is Friday, March 10th, 2023. It can be returned via: Email to: stormyh@awsc.org / Fax: 608-846-5534 or USPS to: AWSC 529 Trail Side Drive, DeForest, WI 53532. Remember if returning via USPS to allow 5 days for delivery. Forms returned to AWSC after March 10th will be ineligible to vote. Each and every voting delegate has to be verified for current AWSC and club membership.
