2. 2 Bedroom Deluxe Condo Glacier Canyon Lodge
   • Two bedrooms, full kitchen
   • Base/Max Occupancy:  4/7
   • Group Rates Friday & Saturday  $175.00 does not include resort fee ($29.95 daily) or 12.25% room tax
3. 3 Bedroom Deluxe Condo Glacier Canyon Lodge
   • Three bedrooms, full kitchen
   • Base/Max Occupancy:  8/13
   • Group Rates Friday & Saturday  $329 does not include resort fee ($29.95 daily) or 12.25% room tax

LODGING TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

• A room block has been set up at Glacier Canyon Lodge 
• All guest rooms are subject to a $29.95/per night Resort Fee. 
• A 2-night minimum is required for all Saturday night reservations. 
• All room rates are subject to a 12.25% room tax. If tax exempt, proper documentation must be submitted and approved prior to check-in. 
• Check-In is at 4:00 pm | Checkout at 11:00am. 
• Credit Card Verification & Photo ID required at check-in*. 
• Room rates are quoted for up to 4 people in a standard room; each additional person beyond 4 will result in a charge up to $40.00 per person/night. 
• Every effort has been made to book your rooms as close together as possible. The location of rooms blocked will be affected by the room style(s) requested and availability. A sleeping room does not guarantee the sleeping rooms will be next door to each other. The Wilderness Resort reserves the right to make room changes prior to your arrival date, as needed. 
• Any coupons, discounts, special rates, packages, or any other individual offers will not apply. Group rates may not be altered after original booking, regardless of specials/offers. 
• All of our rooms are non-smoking & we have a no pet policy. 

DEPOSIT POLICY: 

One night’s deposit, plus tax, is due at the time of reservation for each room. *Please be sure to bring this same credit card used with valid government issued ID. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Reservations cancelled 72-hours prior to the arrival date will be charged a $30.00 fee. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit first nights paid deposit.
